With 25 years at Coca‑Cola as a Senior HR Director, Christine has led diverse, high‑performing teams across continents — virtually, globally, and through some of the most critical moments in people’s lives and careers. 

Christine’s superpower is connection. She has spent decades building teams that trust each other, communicate clearly, solve problems creatively, and perform under pressure. She has seen every puzzle piece of human behaviour — and learned how to help teams click together with purpose.

Jigsona is the culmination of that experience. Christine brings the same empathy, strategic clarity, and people‑first leadership that shaped her global career into a program designed to help every team understand itself better. She knows that strengths, quirks, and even “messy edges” are what make teams powerful — and she built Jigsona to help organisations unlock that truth.

As a two‑time National Speed Jigsaw Puzzling Champion, director of Speed Puzzles Australia, and a member of the Aussie All Stars — the world’s 4th fastest puzzling team — Katrina knows exactly what it takes for a group of individuals to click together and perform at their best.

At Jigsona, Katrina shares the inside story of how the Aussie All Stars identified their strengths, embraced their differences, and transformed perceived weaknesses into strategic advantages. Her sessions reveal how any team can unlock the same power: understanding each persona, valuing every piece, and building a stronger whole.

Katrina’s background is as varied as a mixed puzzle box — real estate salesperson, crossword compiler, shotfirer, and AFL women’s team captain — each role adding depth to her understanding of human behaviour, communication, and collaboration.
